While our personal training staff provides exceptional EMS workouts, Physical Therapy EMS sessions are different. These sessions utilize the EMS suit with more clinically focused exercises to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and strength performance.

You are paying for a Doctor of Physical Therapy to adjust your mechanics, training focused on your injury instead of avoidance, and implement the EMS technology to specifically retrain neuromuscular patterns.

Beyond the suit, Physical Therapy is available to address a variety of presentations ranging from prevention of injury, chronic pain, or acute injury/post surgical recovery (well versed in protocols like joint replacement surgeries, meniscus surgeries, spinal fusions and discectomies).

Physical Therapy Pricing

Our pricing reflects the clinical expertise of a Licensed Physical Therapist and the use of medical-grade technology. All treatments performed during a session are included in the price with services like: Trigger point dry needling (TDN), EMS workout tailored to Physical Therapy exercises and knowledge, and manual therapy (neurodynamics for nerve health, joint mobilizations for mobility, massage and TDN for muscles.

Session pricing varies based on session durations which are either 30 or 60 minutes. Typical sessions consist of a full 60 minutes to utilize all the benefits of education, demonstrations, and additional modalities. With additional sessions, mastery of certain components allows for session durations to be shorter with the focus of benefiting from the hands on treatment.

Why is PT more expensive than a standard EMS session?

When you book Physical Therapy, you are paying for the clinical diagnostic skills of a Doctor of Physical Therapy. This includes advanced manual therapy, a deeper dive into your specific anatomy and mechanics, and a customized plan that integrates medical-grade modalities with EMS technology to solve complex pain or performance issues.

What should I expect during my first session?

We will perform a full assessment of the movements or activities causing pain and begin forming the foundation on getting you to own your body. My goal is to teach you the why behind your pain or limitations so you have the tools to manage your own health long-term.

Insurance: The Direct-Access Advantage

To provide the highest standard of one-on-one care, this practice operates as a cash-based (out-of-network) provider. This model allows us to prioritize your recovery over insurance company restrictions.

  • • No Red Tape: Insurance companies often limit the number of sessions or the types of manual therapy you can receive.
  • • One-on-One Attention: You will never be handed off to an aide or assistant. Every minute of your session is spent with a Licensed Physical Therapist.

Can I still use my insurance?

Yes, potentially. While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we can provide a Superbill (a detailed receipt with standard ICD-10 and CPT codes) upon request.
